Great spa, cozy lounge, nice view of the landscape, kind staff.. Location is good, just 5 mins away from the train station which is important after a long ski day. The room with the balcony view to Mattehorn. The shuttle service from train station is an extra plus when arriving with luggage. Good location and surrounding Good space for triple. Breakfast is amazing.

The pictures online don’t do it justice, beautiful chalet, with a wonderful spa. Just perfect after a great day on the slopes. The fire place and topping up of wood each day a big plus.

Exceptional value for money. Everything is made from the heart in this hotel, breakfast buffet was healthy and very delicious. Mr. Thor and his wife were very warm, helpful and went out of their way for us to have a great stay. We had a gorgeous room with the beautiful city/Mountain View. Room was excellent size, super clean and super comfy. They helped us with the luggage upon check in and dropped us back to the train station. Couldn’t be more happier in Zermatt. Location is perfect just seconds away from the main shopping street. Thank you very very much

Chalet Annelis Apartments se nachází v centru Zermattu. Nabízí prostorné ubytování s možností vlastního stravování, Wi-Fi zdarma a výhledem na Matterhorn. Location was perfect. Few minutes walk from everything. Matterhorn view perfect. And the facilities provided felt just like home. Wish I stayed longer. Would definitely come back. The host was so charming and warm. Even the room was spotless clean. Had the best cosy stay ❤️ Definitely would recommend!

Výborná poloha hotelu, excelentní přístup při check in a check out. Pokoj byl velmi luxusně a vkusně vybaven. O hotel je velmi dobře pečováno a je vidět, že práce zde personál baví. Večerní kytara v baru a obrazy ve vlastní galerii umocňují jedinečnost místa.

The small Hotel Sarazena is located next to the train station in Zermatt and features a sauna. Rooms have an en-suite bathroom, cable TV and free WiFi internet access. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the hotel is in a great location.
