If you to wind down and just stop in serene surroundings, this is the place to be. 😁🦋🌺🌞💖

Hotel Makanda by the Sea, a luxurious adults-only retreat nestled in the lush tropical paradise of Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica. We enjoyed everything! Staff was great, kind and really helpful. The room, the hotel itself was gorgeous. We saw more animals in the hotel’s surrounding than in Manuel Antonio. Pool area chic and relaxing.

The room was a good size. The bed was incredibly comfortable; I slept really well. The bathroom was one of the best, most modern, and cleanest I have encountered on this trip, which included staying in 12 different hotels.

It's in the best location....down the quiet end of the beach and very beautiful. It's clean, simple, spacious rooms are very comfortable and had everything I need. The staff are wonderful - helpful & friendly - and the beach restaurant is great, lovely food, good music with an incredible view. If you don't fancy getting sandy, there's a pool too with lots of beds. Great little hotel, in short. I'm staying again next week! ☺️🌊🌴🌺

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional service provided by the receptionists, who were not only friendly but also incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The hotel itself is charming, very clean, and well-maintained, creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The facilities were excellent, and we especially loved the pool, which our 4-year-old daughter enjoyed immensely. The food was another highlight of our stay. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a variety of options and a staff that ensured every meal was a pleasant experience. The location of the hotel is unbeatable. It’s just a short walk to both the beach and the entrance to Manuel Antonio National Park, making it extremely convenient for exploring the area. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. El Faro Containers Hotel exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Manuel Antonio. ❤️ 💯 recommended 👌🏻
