Smaller hotel with BIG charm… the lobby is so attractive and many places to just sit and read or relax… Tropical garden with a small pool… Two seater table and chair outside each room. The room is smaller than some, but has a refrigerator with complementary beer, soda and water. The room is very clean and the bathroom is good size with a shower/tub combo… There’s a window in the bedroom and bathroom for extra light. Breakfast is served between 8 AM and 10 AM.. fresh juice with a small plate of four fruits, yogurt, granola, toast, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, preserves.pancakes, French toast, special omelettes, and eggs anyway you want them. There is sausage and bacon I believe that you can have on the side. This is not buffet style, but presented as what’s available and then you choose what you want and they do it in courses…. it takes a little longer for breakfast, but it’s so pleasant and such a lovely setting that’s open to air. It’s part the building structure, so it has a roof and white tablecloths. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful anytime I had a driver picking me up they would call and make sure that it was a smooth exit. My plane lift before my sons and they allowed my son to stay until his ride picked him up, which was a few hours later , that can’t be done everywhere so that was really nice. You could really feel a sense of pride and devotion to hotel details and his Staff which were more like family . Location is wonderful. It’s within walking distance of the colonial zone and the beach. Most of the tours do pick up and drop off at this hotel. I stayed three days and felt that this was ideal for A relaxing and getaway.

The accommodation is tastefully adorned, vibrant, and well-kept. The breakfast space is relaxing, the pool is lovely, and all the furnishings and flooring are impressive, creating a cozy ambiance. We enjoyed the jacuzzi in the morning. The staff was incredibly friendly, cheerful, and accommodating; we couldn't have wished for more. The room was spotless, roomy, and comfortable. The location was perfect. Our stay was absolutely delightful.

My husband wasn't feeling good. Had some stomach issue and one of the waitress made him a special drink. During our dinner my husband get a thee with fresh leaves that make him feel better. Location, super old fashioned guest house and museum; lots of history! Rooms spacious and well maintained, bed super comfortable, pillows as well. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, such cute people! Breakfast is simple and tasty!

The staff was really helpful and accommodating. We arrived earlier than expected day of check in and staff was able to check in us earlier that day. The room service was great throughout the stay. The daily breakfast was also very good, some items that would run out the staff would make more as well. Would definitely stay here again! Hotel had security and was close to many restaurants, malls, botanical gardens, the center zona colonial and beach. We did not get to visit the beach this time but was close.
