The rooms very clean and good size. Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Each stay comes with a complimentary wine tasting and the winery tour.

This modern and stylish hotel is situated in one of the nicest residential areas in Vitoria-Gasteiz, and provides suites with views of the surrounding gardens. Very clean and pleasant, lots of space, loved that there was a separate storage area for my bike and one to build and service it too!

Hotel Dato je zdobený hotel, který se nachází 300 metrů od vlakového nádraží Vitoria v srdci Baskicka. Nabízí bezplatné Wi-Fi a satelitní TV. Staff was super helpful and accommodating. They even allowed earlier check-in for me. Whenever I needed to book a taxi ride, they were there to assist. There was a bit of misunderstanding when my husband arrived to check in on another night, but it was resolved.

The hotel is definitely worth its three stores - it has comfy, well appointed rooms. But what set it apart for me was how they dealt with my lost earpods. I forgot them in my room and figured they were lost for goods. Wrong. The reception found them and helped me arrange for shipping. I really appreciated.

This comfortable, small hotel is located 20 minutes’ walk from the historic centre. It offers a pretty garden, a restaurant with a covered outdoor terrace and free Wi-Fi. Quiet and modern hotel run by friendly people. They kindly forwarded some things that I had left for us to collect at another hotel and stored our bicycles safely during our stay. The bus into the lively city center and the great tour of Santa Maria Cathedral was pretty reliable and only 10 minutes, but we had a few frustrations returning possibly related to Easter Celebrations.

We had a great 2-night stay at La Casa de Los Arquillos. The location is perfect—right in the city center, within walking distance of everything. The room was spotless, freshly renovated, and very well maintained. We also really appreciated the cozy common area with free tea and coffee. Would definitely stay here again!
