Our hosts were wonderful and very genuine, and very kind people :) The premises itself is so unique, and was very REAL. It is not often you can stay in a 2000 year old building. The country-style Hotel Històric is in Girona’s old town, just 100 metres from Girona Cathedral. It offers soundproofed rooms with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The room was very nice and clean, quiet in at night. Very good location, few minutes walk to the city centre. We had a nice experience at this hotel. I would highly recommend it.

We arrived very late at night, around 1 a.m., and were welcomed warmly by the night receptionist, who even offered us his own parking spot, an incredible gesture. From that moment on, every member of the staff was exceptionally kind and professional, truly setting the standard for hospitality. The location is unbeatable: right across the street from the beach, with a quiet road in front and plenty of shops nearby. There’s even a private tunnel that takes you directly to the beach – a top highlight. The hotel is freshly renovated, clean, and modern. Our sea-view room had a large balcony with comfortable furniture, and it was magical to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. Breakfast was outstanding; fresh, varied, and delicious. Definitely worth choosing the breakfast-inclusive option. The pool area, right next to the restaurant, made it easy to enjoy a swim, a drink, or a snack in a relaxed atmosphere. In short: excellent staff, superb location, top-notch amenities, and a wonderful atmosphere. A solid 10/10. I would absolutely stay here again.

Very comfortable room. Great bathroom. Lovely little pool area. Seida deserves a special mention for providing us with amazing breakfasts and helping us improve our Spanish every morning. But all the staff were really good and helpful. The breakfast is a highlight. Good location, 100m from the beach and maybe 800m from the old town.
