Located in the centre of Bayeux, the Domaine de Bayeux is set in an 18th century house featuring a tree-lined park. This is a stunning property! We stayed in the Orchard rooms that are on the property but not in the main house. The website pictures are totally accurate and even better in person! The grounds are gorgeous! The young ladies at reception were very welcoming and helpful! The location is within walking distance of sites you would want to visit and Normandy beaches are within easy driving distance. We would stay here again and not hesitate in recommending this property!

Omg the beds were amazing for taller people! We had one of the more comfortable stays through booking. Very much worth the money and your stay! Our dog loved it too! Thanks Agnés

Wonderful B&B in an excellent location in Bayeux. Never met such a warm and welcoming hostess. It was like staying in a friends home. From the welcome , check in to the room, everything was perfect. You can use the garden as you please and the breakfast was served at a long table with other guest, creating a really nice atmosphere.. everything was perfect.

Villa Lara je malý luxusní butikový hotel v historickém centru města Bayeux. Stojí naproti katedrále z 11. století, pouhé 2 minuty chůze od tapiserie Bayeux. Wow! Everything was 10 plus! Staff, rooms, location, everything!

This Best Western is located in Ouistreham, 2 km from the ferry terminal and 7 km from Normandy's famous landing beaches. Guests can enjoy the outdoor heated pool. The staff were exceptional. They would go out of their way to help.

Fantastic location. Wonderful property. I didn't expect such a unique room. Second floor above a garden area. Beautiful village and easy walk to the beach and the Canadian Juno Beach Museum. A very worthwhile experience.

We booked Hotel Le Lion while in Bayeux, after a terrible experience at Moulin Morin (where we had initially booked 3 nights together with our friends). As we were on vacation, there was no point in suffering more than one night, so I looked for other options. There were many choices on Booking, but after a careful analysis we chose Hotel Le Lion and it was the best choice! I felt sorry we didn't choose well in the first place and waisted money, time and ruining the vacation mood on Moulin Morin. By comparison, Le Lion was worth every penny. I felt sorry we had to live after 2 nights, but we had a plane to catch. To sum up: Large, beautiful room, very clean, water and coffee machine in the room, also Dyson Cool in the room. High bed, very comfortable mattress. All the staff was very professional, even better than at some 5 * chain hotels. It exceeded my expectations and I have high standards. Excellent breakfast, very diverse choices of cheese, meat, bread, sweets, a wide variety of fruits (from cherries to dragon fruit), almond milk. We booked the dinner at La Table du Lion one of the evenings: excellent food, impeccable service. In the morning, apart from breakfast, in the reception there were croissants and lemonade. At the reception desk we received very good recommendations for things to do in Bayeux. Excellent stay, overall!!
