Loved the cottage I was in. Big and spacious. This was the at the end of the property. Away from the pool. Lovely to sit on the veranda and read. There is an homely atmosphere everywhere. Staff are very helpful. Food was excellent for me. I like Indonesian / Javanese food so was quite happy to have what was on the menu. They even went out of the way to prepare a local dish specially for me called "nasi liwet".

From the moment we arrived, they greeted us warmly and were always ready to assist. When we mentioned that the air conditioning in our room wasn't cooling enough, they immediately addressed the issue, showing their dedication to guest satisfaction. Speaking of the room, it was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary amenity kits, which added an extra touch of luxury to our experience. Overall, our stay at this hotel was nothing short of perfect. It is like what many people here say, an oasis within a big city. The installations are marvelous, the staff is so warm and kind and always with a smile on their face, willing to accommodate your needs and help when necessary. The pool is stunning, it's perfect for those hot days to cool off a moment. The room itself we had was exceptional, the AC was perfect, the shower worked perfectly, and the beds were very stylish like in the photos, and they were very comfortable. The room had a fridge, the installations had mineral potable water to refill your bottle and go about your day, and the safe in the room was nice as well to be able to keep valuables in them while on our way. Also, the room was cleaned daily, and the towels replaced daily too. You barely could hear anything from outside, the walls were nice although, one thing.

Breakfast location in the garden was superb. The food was average. Birchermuesli was just sweetened soaked oats. The croissants were stale. The noodles average. Coffee and tea was average and served (multiple times) lukewarm.
