I love this hotel. Kudos to the professional but friendly hotel staff. I also love the hotel room and the view from our balcony. The restaurant, the view from the lobby, the facilities, the pine forest, the club huis, the lake house, the mini golf course, the mini zoo.... They were all superb!

The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, the restaurant had quite a great buffet with western and many Asian items to choose from as well as fresh fruit and juice, cappuccino etc… We also had dinner twice in the restaurants, very good pasta carbonara and soto ayam.

Located about a 10-minute drive from the famous Rumah Mode factory outlet, Grand Mercure Bandung Setiabudi offers modern and elegant accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi access in... Staff were friendly. We arrived late in the evening and we couldn’t have our welcoming drinks until the morning, but the drinks aren’t available until 10am, but the staff went out of their way and made this possible. Excellent customer service.

One of the best stay we ever had! We came as a family for both business & leisure, we booked a business suite since it's a long stay. We enjoyed every moment there as the service was top notch. All staff are friendly & approachable. Despite arriving close to midnight, Front desk was very efficient during check in and we managed to go to our rooms with no issues. Business Suite is a value for money, such a huge room with 2 wardobes, 1 huge bathroom & a king bed. The hotel is connected to CSB Mall, which has LOADS of food choices & kids friendly activities. Our booking includes breakfast, and we loved their pastries so much. We would like to compliment one of the staff Mr Arief for the superb service, thankyou making the best cup of cappuccino. For our business agenda, we managed to book a meeting room, with the help of Mr Deya (apologies for the wrong spelling) he helped to coordinate the booking and everything went smoothly. Thank you Swiss-bel Hotel Cirebon for such a wonderful service & allow us to have the most memorable stay. See you again !
