The hotel feels like a palace, with beautiful interiors and luxurious rooms. From the balcony of the room, you can even see the Old City of Jerusalem. What stood out was the unexpected surprise during breakfast the next day. We heard a birthday song, had cake, and received a birthday gift. Even though it was already a day after my birthday when we checked in, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make it special. On our departure day, which happened to be the Sabbath, we asked the staff to arrange a bus to the airport for us as we were leaving early. The hotel even packed a sumptuous breakfast for us. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, and it truly embodies the phrase printed on the hotel key card, "WHEN IN JERUSALEM, LIVE JERUSALEM."
