Basicly, everything Staff is very good, and welcoming. The location, area, the hotel turned out to be better than we even expected and this is great. Room is very cousy and nice. Especially no weird smell or flavor from the cleaning devices or liquids. And the great view from the balcony. I will definetly recommened your hotel to my friends

The new POLI URBAN hotel is 200 metres from the public beach on Tel Aviv’s sea front, and a 20-minute drive from Ben-Gurion Airport. Rooms have free Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV with satellite... The best stay in Israel for sure! Could not ask for a better customer service. Everything was fantastic from the momemt we entered the hotel. What we liked the most: Possibility to check in earlier Glass of mimosa while checking in Amazing staff (especially Jessica and anither guy with her but can not remember his name;( ) Pillow menu Brilliant breakfast Spotless rooms and great interior Totally in love with this place and hope to visit again!

Guy the host was friendly and accomedate, the room was clean, with cleaning services every day. The view is spectacular, including both the old Jaffa port and Tel Aviv. A must stay for tourists and locals alike. We're definitely coming back!
