Large, very clean, comfortable room, comfy bed and service out of this world. Hammond is an absolute star of a manger. Kind, helpful, always going an extra mile to help his guests. Truly, a person who takes a great pride in his work. All the staff were extremely helpful, making sure you have everything you need. I was even given a room after a checkout to freshen up before my train journey. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else in South Mumbai. Yes, the place could do with a little TLC, but this is completely irrelevant when you receive a 5* service, experience such comfort and feel safe and well looked after. Don’t think about it, just book it, you will love your stay.
