Situated 1 km from the Taj Mahal, Taj Agra features an infinity pool, fitness centre, and spa. The air-conditioned rooms come with free WiFi and a flat-screen TV. The hotel is really so different ( in a good way) from the rest of India. It's a gem amidst the chaos and hustle and bustle of the streets. The tucked away entrance and warm welcome was such a treat. The reception area was just gorgeous, well kept and so inviting. It was a perfect escape to sit and unwind from everything. The spa, pools ( yes 3) and exceptional dining areas and liquid lounge offers great experience. The staff are warm, friendly and well spoken. I could go on...

A quiet haven amidst the busy streets of Varanasi, but everything is very accessible once you find your way around. The room was big, bed comfortable, and the shower hot. The restaurant serves beautiful, hygenic, food (I had lamb or chicken every night.) What really makes this hotel is the staff. From a welcome ceremony with a gift of Shiva necklaces, to a parting gift of photographs of our arrival, the reception staff and room staff were so kind and helpful. A special mention for Divakar in the restaurant, who helped with menu choices, gave lots of information about the city and his culture and even personally cooked my omelette on the last morning, which was delicious. Thank you all for a wonderful stay.

Location and View of the Taj Mahal from the rooftop restaurant are excellent. It's on the bank of the river Yamuna, and the view is excellent. Staff are well-behaved, from the security guard, house keeping are well-mannered. Food Quality and Quantity are excellent, but yes, rates are a little expensive. Breakfast didn't have many options and was very minimal, and standard 3 to 4 items. Has an excellent Resto-Bar with a decent crowd and Music.

Hotel Atulyaa Taj features a roof top that overlooks the UNESCO World Heritage Site Taj Mahal, located 500 metres away. Exceptional hotel — everything was wonderful. It’s just 5 minutes from the Taj Mahal. There’s a rooftop with a pool and a view of the Taj Mahal, and the people at the reception are amazing — Mulayam, Kumal, Cokendre, Akash, and Pamkaj were there for us.

The staff booked me a train ride back to Delhi making sure I got a good seat and made sure I got the the station on time. Food and service at the restaurant was amazing.
