We heard them converse in 3 languages Italian, German and English. Our deluxe room was spacious and had a small balcony. The beds were very comfy and we slept well. The breakfast is amazing. Usually, I'm not a big breakfast person but there are so many delicious treats to choose from you want to try it all. We are lactose intolerant and they have a different milk-alternatives to choose from. We enjoyed the sauna and pool area which are a wonderful relaxing way after a long hike. They have a pool table and we'd have played if we'd have more time.

Especially like the shower with the hot steam system! The location is right on the bus station and it helped navigate to every point we needed. Overall it was an amazing experience and is highly recommended!
