It is just a 10-minute walk from JR Beppu Station. great location if your using bus transportion from the airport. when i arrived by bus, i was surprised that the hotel was right in front of me! it was also nice not having the rush to my bus when i left. also it's across the street from a shopping mall, conbini, and chain restaurants. the breakfast was pretty good as well. the staff were very nice. the train station is only a 15 min slow paced walk. but you are close to popular onsen. i would stay here again!
