Featuring a classic European-style decor, The Ritz-Carlton Osaka is conveniently located just a 7-minute walk from JR Osaka Station and a 5-minute walk from Nishi-Umeda Subway Station. Everything went well. Right from check in to check out. The staff was just excellent. The staff at the Lounge Bar and at the Splendido restaurant were extremely warm and were always looking after us. The Concierge, the bell staff and room service everyone as just excellent. Mr. Simon Finch was super welcoming and very warm and ensured our needs were met.

The amenities are great! We enjoyed every second! The afternoon tea and night time food was very delicious! The buckwheat pillows were so comfortable that make me wanna bring some home! Very family friendly place! Highly recommended!

Re-opening in July 2014 after a thorough renovation, HOTEL RELIEF Namba Daikokuchou is located in Osaka. Free WiFi access is available. The property was in a good location - a short walk from a subway station and within easy walking distance of Dotonbori. Our room was the most spacious that we had whilst in Japan. The bed was comfortable, and it was useful having the toilet separate to the bathroom. We picked this hotel because compared to others, it offered free soft drinks, ice cream and bread. Unexpectedly, they offered a happy hour each evening with alcoholic drinks. The bread served for breakfast was beyond amazing and the best we have ever tasted - freshly baked, doughy and soft, and in all kinds of flavours (our favourite was cheese/tomato and matcha). The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the price was extremely reasonable. Each day cleaning was offered and fresh towels/pyjamas were provided. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Opened in March 2014 just a 5-minute walk from Higobashi Subway Station, Mitsui Garden Hotel Osaka Premier has been listed in the Michelin Guide for 3 consecutive years.
