Great property and so far the best value for money we found in Sri Lanka! The staff was super helpful and friendly, it really showed that they care about the property as well as their guests. Room was spacious and clean, public areas very well maintained. We also booked a tour through the reception, they arranged a great driver for a beter price then what we could find online!

• Bethel Rest se nachází v tropické, zelené a klidné oblasti Hanthana Kandy. Ve všech prostorách je zdarma dostupné Wi-Fi. • Nachází se jen 1 km od známého muzea cejlonského čaje. The owners were very pleasant and helpful. They arranged things to see (e.g., Temple of the Tooth and a dance show) and fantastic Ayurvedic massages. They also arranged drivers. The lodging was clean, roomy, and had a great view. Oh, and great food for breakfast and dinner!

Ubytování Aliya Resort and Spa - Thema Collection je zasazeno v bujné tropické vegetaci a leží naproti skále Sigiriya. The hotel is beautiful, clean the stuff are so nice and helpful. The food in breakfast and dinner was amazing. The pool was so nice we enjoyed it very much.

The Elephant Stables sídlí ve starobylém bungalovu z koloniálního období a nabízí krásný výhled na svěží zeleň města Kandy. Nabízí venkovní bazén a útulné pokoje. The bungalow sits atop a hill with a view of a river, hills and forested landscape capturing a picturesque view of Kandy. The morning mist encompasses the bungalow making you feel you're living in the clouds. With an infinity pool and attentive service and a gorgeous property this stay capped my entire Sri Lanka trip. The bungalow is located 15 min drive from the main property but check-in and everything else is handled directly at the bungalow. The rooms are clean and well furnished. Manju (head of housekeeping) took our orders and overall made our stay enjoyable. The food cooked by the private chef was memorable. Would encourage all friends to visit.

Villa 49 se nachází v centru města Kandy, 1 km od známého chrámu Buddhova zubu. V hotelové restauraci se podávají jídla místní a západní kuchyně. K dispozici je bezplatné Wi-Fi a parkoviště. This villa is a short walk to Kandy lake and about 10-15 mins to the city centre. The villa is an older property with nice views across the valley. We enjoyed watching the monkeys from our balcony as they made their way across the rooftops everyday. The host Shenani and her staff are a delight. Shenani is a great cook and we enjoyed beautiful Sri Lankan breakfast and dinner. Shenani also gave us some excellent options for temples to visit in the nearby countryside. Very helpful with onward transport too. Shenani also surprised us with chocolate brownies baked from the Edmonds cookbook which any Kiwi reading this will know well.

Located amidst rolling green hills and the Madulkelle Tea Estate, this property offers tents with a terrace, a seating area, and en suite bathroom with hot/cold water. The most incredible view and decor you could ask for, absolutely dream-like in every way! The most exquisite taste set in front of the most beautiful view, surrounded by tea plantations. The staff is truly unparalleled in their kindness and hospitality- I am so incredibly grateful to have had the pleasure of experiencing this magical place ❤️ thank you for having me, until next time!

Sky Pavilion se nachází jen 2,5 km od svaté Sri Dalada Maligawa a nabízí moderní ubytování s výhledem na řeku Mahaweli, hory a svěží zeleň. Poskytuje zdarma Ve všech prostorách je dostupné Wi-Fi. Everything! 😍 It was a nice surprise The hotel is in the high part of Kandy ( facing knuckles mountain and a golden Buddha), the view is spectacular. The Sky Pavilion is a jewel, decorated with taste, it’s quiet , clean and rooms are beautiful all with the stunning view on the mountains and you can also relax by the pool The manager takes a good care of his guests and the staff is really helpful and nice . They will help you with everything, visits, food and drinks , transportation , money change etc… In addition, the cooking is really good , the breakfast is top ! And finally , their Tuk Tuk driver is a gem, he will take you to the best places in the city . I will come back there .

Every member of the staff contributed to making our stay truly exceptional. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, restaurant team, or groundskeepers, each person carried a friendly smile and was eager to help in any way possible. The attention to detail, the courtesy extended to guests, and the calm, professional demeanor of everyone we interacted with made us feel both valued and at home. Special thanks to the team for always being attentive without being intrusive, and for consistently going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. It’s rare to find such a consistent level of excellence across the entire staff, and it’s clear that this hotel takes pride in its service. Tento historický srílanský penzion Dambulla Rock Arch se nachází 3,1 km od jeskynního chrámu Dambulla a nabízí posezení pod tropickou zahradou s nebesy. Nabízí snídani zdarma a Wi-Fi zdarma. Very big room, super clean and with all facilities you can need. Susantha, the owner, is extremely kind. He also proposed to bring us on a tour and woke up at 4 am the next morning to let us see sunrise in Pidurangala. His wife is lovely and really taking take of guests. The place is completely in the centre and has a magnificent restaurant two minutes walk from the hotel. Just ask Susantha. You will love this place.
