The breakfast was included and served beautifully. Bed was very comfortable. A heat-pump in the room kept us cool and we slept wonderfully. The town is quiet and it was perfect for an evening walk after dinner in the hotel's dining room.

Hotel Spaander is located in a prime position in Volendam on the banks of the Lake Markermeer. This historical hotel dating back to 1881 has a truly authentic Dutch feel to it. My stay at the hotel was truly a wonderful experience. The room was very comfortable, with beautiful views of the sea that made every morning feel special. The food was absolutely delicious, with great variety and well-crafted flavors. Above all, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always welcoming us with a smile and ready to help with anything. Definitely an experience I’d love to repeat.
