Akaroa Criterion Motel is situated opposite Children’s Bay. It is a 16-minute walk from Mt Vernon Akaroa. Excellent location. Good parking. We were able to walk everywhere.

Aoraki Court Motel is a modern accommodation located in Aoraki Mount Cook National Park. All units feature great views of surrounding mountains and Mount Sefton. There is free on-site parking and free Wi-Fi. We recently stayed two nights here and couldn’t be more pleased with our choose of accommodation. The unit was spacious enough for a couple, very clean and came with a well equipped kitchen. A quick drive to all the hiking trails. Parking was available right in front of our unit. Staff were also super lovely and friendly. Let’s not forget the spectacular view of the mountains from our room. We will definitely be back!

Fitted with heating facilities, all self-contained accommodation includes a kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator and coffee/tea making facilities. Select accommodation offer spa baths. The woman at the reception was very welcoming. The room was clean, spacious, and with nice furniture and wall-decorations. The kitchenette was small but had everything we needed, and the bathroom was simply as it should be. The center of Christchurch was about 15 minutes walk away, and there were plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. There was also a large park with botanical gardens nearby, which we enjoyed very much.

Dinner in the castle was also an otherworldly & pretty unique experience.

Situated in Akaroa and only 400 metres from Akaroa Beach, Blythcliffe features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. With mountain views, this accommodation provides a terrace. Rooms include a patio with garden views. Eveything was amazing. The gardens and stream around the house were relaxing and beautiful to explore. The room was lovely and bed extremely comfortable. The host was very friendly and the breakfast superbly delicious. Highly recommended.
