This 5-star beachfront resort in Muscat is a 15-minute drive from Muscat International Airport. It has a spa with massage services, swimming pools. It is no exaggeration at all when I (and others on here) say this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at (and I’ve had the pleasure of staying at many lovely hotels around the world). Absolutely everything was perfect. Every single member of staff (a mix of Omanis and international staff from so many countries) was beyond efficient and so friendly. I felt they took even extra care of me as I was staying alone (Shukran!) and their care and attention to detail was second to none! I didn’t meet the manager Mr Karim but would like to thank and congratulate him on running such an exceptional hotel. Among the many wonderful staff who all work so hard, special mentions to Suresh who checked me in in the early hours, Renuka who cleaned my room so meticulously, Schola the restaurant hostess who was very informative and gave me the best table for the Christmas Day brunch! Khine also a restaurant hostess who was lovely to chat too on my final evening and so helpful too and Kolthum who checked me out, such a lovely lady. El-Mostafa in the restaurant, Khalid who picked me up at the airport (plus the driver who took me back there), the restaurant staff in all the restaurants, the wonderful chefs and the beach attendants. The Chedi’s design is amazing. Beautiful grounds (they even have peacocks!), so tranquil, so clean, many dining options and wonderfully designed rooms. I can see why it’s a Leading Hotel of the World and has so many awards and accolades. Thank you Chedi Muscat for an unforgettable Christmas holiday!

Set amidst a picturesque landscape, Holiday Inn Muscat Al Seeb (4-star hotel) is a few minutes’ drive from Muscat International Airport. Free Wi-Fi access is available. The room was clean and ample space. The hotel was very well located for my very early flight to the airport. The room service was good, and alcohol options were available.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Shangri-La Al Jissah in Muscat, and what made our holiday truly unforgettable was the incredible warmth and service from the amazing staff we encountered throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, Den at the Main Reception set the tone for an exceptional experience. Her gracious gesture of upgrading us to an executive suite and arranging beautiful anniversary decorations made us feel truly valued and celebrated. A big thank you also to Bashar, who was consistently helpful and attentive to all of our accommodation needs. At Samba Restaurant, we were touched by the kindness and culinary care of Chef Damith. He went out of his way to ensure our young son had meals specially catered to his liking, showing genuine care and attention that meant so much to us. A special shout-out to Anton as well. By the pool, Sachithra made our time at the Pool Lounge delightful. He ensured we had the best drinks, snacks, and even arranged shisha to perfection. His service and friendly manner truly stood out. Our dining experience at Chow Mee was another highlight, thanks to Michaela, Chef Preecha, Chef Bikash, Miyang, and Vikas, all of whom went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. The meals were exceptional, and we were especially touched by the surprise anniversary cake — a gesture we will always remember. This was more than just a luxury stay, it was a heartfelt experience, made so by the people who work tirelessly to ensure guests feel at home. As a token of our appreciation, we’re also sharing a lovely picture of our family with Chef Damith, who, among all the wonderful staff, truly stole our hearts. Thank you once again to everyone who made our stay so special. We look forward to returning soon.

Tento butikový hotel se nachází v nově vzniklém letovisku Jebel Sifah a nabízí klimatizované pokoje a apartmá se soukromým balkonem. K zázemí hoteu patří restaurace, velký bazén a fitness centrum. The ambiance was beautiful. Staff was very polite and helpful. They accommodated all our requests. Mr. Abdul was very kind. Rooms were neat and clean. 10/10 for providing us the best experience.

Pioneer Hotel Apartments se nachází na předměstí Wādī Kabīr, 10 minut jízdy od pláže Maskat, a nabízí ubytování s možností vlastního stravování, bezplatné Wi-Fi ve všech prostorách, venkovní bazén a... Velmi příjemný personál, skvěly a velký apartmán. Bazén na střeše a velká několika chodova snídaně byli třešnička na dortu.
