Great attention from the staff, special thanks to Mr Julio, who attended us most of the time of our stay. We got a taxi recommended by the hotel, Mr Luis Vela, who did a great job and gave us a very fair price.

We enjoyed our evening meal there, and they were so kind as to prepare a packed breakfast for us as we had a very early departure the next day. Good secure parking for the car. Located on a natural oasis in the city of Ica, Hotel Mossone features an outdoor swimming pool, a restaurant, and a bar. The Sand Dunes are a 2-minute drive away. gorgeous spacious and calm property at the end of the lake in the centre of huacachina. the rooms were huge and cool, the courtyard beautiful and the staff very friendly and attentive. we had to check out at 12 but didn’t leave huacachina until the evening and they let us use the pool and facilities all afternoon.

The location is fantastic and the pool and courtyard are lovely but the best thing about the hotel is the receptionist. The room I had booked wasn’t available but she went out of her way to find an alternative that I was happy with and helped me move my luggage. Everything was “not a problem” for her and she did everything with a huge smile.
