She helped us immediately after noticing that we made a mistake in our reservation. She made our weekend GREAT. Excellent worker and manager. The property is eye attractive, clean and very well organized. The restaurant Melao is very good. Excellent breakfast. The team is very social and servicial. The location in front of Plaza Las Delicias is great!
