All individually decorated rooms at Slottshotellet, spread over 4 buildings, feature a TV, crystal chandelier and wooden floors. Many are decorated with antique furniture. Some have a fireplace or views of the inner courtyard. The hotel has an excellent location in the heart of old town close to the Kalmar castle, the city park. The room was not very spacious but cosy. Bathroom OK with strong stream of the water in the shower. The staff was friendly. I will recommend you to book the parking place if you come with the rented car. The breakfast was good.

All rooms at Hotel Packhuset include cable TV and some rooms also have sea views. Our stay included a buffet dinner, which was surprisingly good. Breakfast was good too. Convenient location to see the castle, cathedral, and old town. Room was nice. Elevator was helpful.

Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV. Some room have outdoor seating. Great location near the forest and the lake, excellent, friendly service, totally awesome food in the restaurant, rental of boats and canoes, good parking, pet friendly, clean room, comfortable bed. Room was a bit small, no real space for the luggage, but all in all, an excellent deal in a great place! Included free use of the washing machine and dryer at the campsite, and recovery of our little who had gone stray!

WiFi is free. Breakfast was good Room with view to the lake was amazing. So beautiful to see the sun go down behind the lake.

Guests also have free access to a fitness room with sauna. Staff are friendly, nice, and helpful. Location is very nice, the view is great, the facilities are good if the room for 2 adults. Liked the cookies at the reception along with the cold water and hot beverages.
