The staff are very friendly, always sharing koi pellets to my kids for their feeding. Our room has a great view of the pool. We jumped straight to the pool every morning after breakfast. The buffet was very good too. I asked my kids their happiest moment in Singapore, and they said it was the stay at Shangri-la. Will definitely come back in the future!

Super nice room on the corner to the Bay so we had an excellent view, including SANDS, from our balcony. Big Room with smart all wall mirror so it became even bigger. Super Clean. Dinner Buffé with top rating. Breakfast Buffé of highest Class. All crew polite and friendly. We asked for a late check out as we had a late flight. They arranged so we could stay another 2 hours without Extra Charge. Have stayed in other Hotells in Singapore including SANDS. PRC gives you a more personal feeling. Will Stay Again !

Heritage Collection on Boat Quay - South Bridge Wing - Mobile App Check-In are self-catering and furnished apartment with modern studio apartments with free WiFi. I had an amazing experience during my visit! May, Cora, Edmar, and Nica were absolutely wonderful and made me feel so welcome. Their warmth and hospitality really stood out, and I can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend – 10/10!!

I loved it, the bed was great/comfortable, the room is one of the best rooms I've ever booked. I loved the breakfast, the rooftop pool. My room was great, it's like a dream room come true, I just wish I had a better view of Singapore. But I still loved it and loved the location. Can't wait until I comeback, and I may just book another stay at this hotel!
