It’s always a great experience at the Phutawan. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and spacious. It was cleaned early every morning while my wife and I ate breakfast at the buffet across from the pool. The grounds are very well kept up. Very clean and beautiful. From check in to check out it was over all a great stay.

Staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home, the owner is also very friendly and super accommodating. Breakfast buffet is very nice and apart from the typical buffet foods you’ll find little special treats in between. Everything is made with love and makes you feel at home immediately. We were super sad we had to leave already, definitely a 10/10 and would always book again.

Perfect location for those who are looking for a quiet resort and who would like to re-connect with the nature. The greenery and cicadas - just wonderful. The Staff is extremely helpful and nice. Starting from the moment of arrival until the departure everyone is taking care of your needs and good mood. All our requests were managed right away. The restaurant is also very good. Definitely we will get back here next time for longer and recommend to our friends.

Go early to the Italian since they are still not really up to speed in terms of service, yet very friendly. Have the Thai food at Thai spice level. It’s heaven. Pomelo salad and the beef salad (ask for rare) are to die for. Breakfast is outstanding. Mr. “Oom” (forgive the spelling) helped us through everything and was of great support! Thank you!
