The Chateau Marmont was built as the first deluxe high-rise apartment complex on Sunset Boulevard, opening its doors in February of 1929. I have stayed in my Hotels around the world-but Chateau Marmont isn’t a hotel!Its a world on its own. From the moment I arrived I felt something you can’t buy or plan:authenticity,atmosphere and history.I was met not with formality but with grace.Ana from the front desk stood out. My Suite was filled with character! It simply exist in its rare category-where soul, service and subtlety meets.Every member of the staff was was utterly charming,attentive and effortlessly elegant. I will return as soon as possible. Two days were not enough. Thank you

The location was unbeatable-- in the heart of Hermosa Beach, and a block from the pier and restaurants. The room was superb. The view was really exceptional. There was a good sized kitchenette with plates, utensils, microwave and mini ref. There was even a fireplace in the living room! They managed to design the room with efficiency as well as a romantic ambience.

We loved everything about our stay, particularly the staff, the super comfortable beds, the decor, and the location. The little travel sized amenities and products provided were excellent quality. We really enjoyed the ambiance and the phenomenal band at the piano bar in The Georgian Room.

Offering an outdoor pool and a hot tub, Ayres Hotel Seal Beach is 11.7 km from Seal Beach National Wildlife Refuge. Free WiFi and free daily buffet-style breakfast are provided. We stayed here for the our favorite musician’s concert, where the venue is located across the street. The location was perfect! The room is very clean and comfortable, we enjoyed our stay.
