Was looked after very well by all staff especially Kate who was always helpful. Kate gave us area recommendations and arranged our sim card, airport taxi and breakfast to take for our early departure. We were in a family room on the 8th floor which was very spacious and well lit with very comfortable beds and great shower. Highly Recommend!! Also in great old quarter location.

Lavender Central Hotel nabízí hostům osvěžující pomerančový džus a nachází se jen 3 minuty chůze od malebného jezera Hoan Kiem a mostu Huc. The staff is amazing, they are always trying to help their guests and are really welcoming. They helped me with lots of reservations and recommendations for my trip (not only Hanoi but also Ha Giang loop, Sapa and Ha Long Bay). Thanks to Andrea, Jenny and Kai for all their help and support!! Location is amazing!! Breakfast is also really good!!
