Overlooking the Indian ocean, Dune Beach House is set on the beachfront in Wilderness. It features an outdoor pool and free Wi-Fi access is available throughout. Beautiful room and shared areas, right on the beach, delicious breakfast and really friendly staff and owner. Service 12 out of 10 points ;-) Would definitely be back.

This colonial style building and grounds are in a beautiful scenic setting. Comfortable, clean, and welcoming. Fantastic home cooked evening meal by Josephine, the wife had a steak cooked to perfection, and I had the lamb curry. The breakfasts are to die for. The property is close (20 mins) to the wonderful remote, not busy Buffalo beach with an endless sandy beach and shallow clean water. The UrbanGirl cafe/restaurant is superb and is 10 minutes drive away. The Muse cocktail bar is 10 mins walk away and has a lovely garden to enjoy good priced food and drinks.

The luxurious, 5-star Alexander Guest House offers individually designed rooms and suites. A spacious sun terrace offers guests a place to relax beside the outdoor pool. One of the best places that I ever tried, ( and I experienced a lots so believe me). they are articulate and taking care of the small dilates, comfy and warm environment.

First everyone is extremely welcoming and very friendly. They allowed us an early check in and a late check out. They also gave us an upgrade which was amazing! The rooms were very very clean! The view of the sea was breathtaking! The entire experience was spectacular I honestly didn’t want to leave I wish I could stay there forever! The breakfast was so delicious there were a day when I lay in bed at night thinking about the food. I honestly can’t do this place justice it’s probably one of if not the best place I have ever stayed in. Thank you so much for making our stay lovely!!!

This former power station is located in Knysna and offers sunny suites with an iPod docking station and views of the Knysna Lagoon. The spacious sun deck comes with an outdoor pool. Can’t get better than this in knysna, but knysna is a boring city, so don’t stay more than 1 night

Falcons View Manor is situated on a hill overlooking Knysna Lagoon, 700 metres from the town centre. It features an outdoor pool, a library and free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. The Manor House is stunning and a lovely place to stay. Sue and Danelle were very warm and welcoming, the rooms are very spacious and classy and the view over Knysna is wonderful. Breakfast was delicious and the dinner was exceptional. A we'll managed venue and although it was very brief, we were always made to feel very welcome and we really enjoyed our short stay.

The location was lovely and very peaceful. We were the only guests at the time, so we were given our choice of room, and had a delightful chat with our host over a lovely homecooked breakfast. We were paid a visit at breakfast by a flock of adorable local birds, and really valued our host's expert local knowledge and advice about our onwards journey down the Garden Route. 10/10 would stay again.
