Everything was excellent, I am very satisfied. I recommend the hotel to everyone. The location is fantastic, the staff is very friendly, room service is always available, I had the fastest internet flow (wifi) in the room. The staff that arranges the rooms is extremely fast, clean, and meticulous. Everyone understands English well. I would especially like to praise the work of the receptionist Dushan and Dushani, they are extremely kind and nice. Score a pure ten. See you again soon!

This is was an excellent high standard stay. The room was very big. and comfortable with attention to little detail. I liked my stay and the hotel was not extremely expensive. It was clean and parking was provided. Highly recommend.

Thank you for the hospitality, because of this we felt at home and comfortable in every way. The porter/concierges, reastaurant, desk and roomservice/cleaning were very kind. we stayed for one week and the hotel is in the centre of everything, though you need taxis for the distances to visit the hot spots (louvre, mosk etc) but that counts for every hotel (big city), big distances and then the mercure is most central. Taxis are comfortable and not expensive. From the hotel, you can take nice a walk to corniche beach and the boulevard, up to the palace. We booked a lot before our flight, such as taxi, events/activities, but actually that is not needed because the porter can arrange that for you with trusted parties they have. Next time we leave it all up to the porte. Because our flight back was by night they were so kindly to make early breakfast 'to take away'. We appreciated that very much. And breakfast was every day very nice with gentle service and a lot to choose. Great stay and great experience, very much appreciated, thanks to all the kind staff. Hope you stay well!
