This property is just amazing. You couldn’t fault anything. Would be very suitable for guests with a disability or food allergies. Everywhere was accessible for wheel chairs and we were always asked in every restaurant about any allergies. Great facilities for kids also and amazing food.

Nothing to complain about. From the minute we checked in to the time we left it was nothing short of amazing. Super friendly staff. We even got a room before the check in time and it was an excellent room with a breathtaking view.

Everything was PERFECT! Since the beginning of my stay, from check-in to out in the early morning, every staff was attentive and responsive to any requests, always ready to help their guests. It seems that the hotel provides room cleaning service very often, more than once a day, so I was able to stay in the room which always looked like a newly-arranged room whenever I came back. For dining options, I especially enjoyed the genuine Asian cuisine in Blue Jade and Italian one in Splendido, thanks again to the kind restaurant staff. In-house spa programme was also very great, recommended! Even though it's not very close to most of the tourist sites, it is easily accessible by taxi (1/2 hour or so), and if you'd like to have a peaceful rest, this is the right place to go!
