The location is 20 min walk to the city center through a park by the river, which was very nice. The hotel also has a parking garage, which is a big plus. The room was nice and comfortable.

We had a late check in, the staff left us the keys and some candy in a locker, room was super clean and quiet, we had breakfast included but due to our very early departure we couldn't make so they left us a ton of food in the fridge for us to have it in our room in the morning! Very very raccomanded! Perfect experience

The hotel was quite central, only a 20 minute walk to the centre of Linz. Parking is underground of the hotel which is very convenient and free of charge, a welcome bonus. The room was spacious and immaculately clean, a spacious shower room and the bed was extremely comfortable. We have stayed in B & B hotels in both Austria and France and have always found them to be cost effective for the excellent facilities and comfort.

Amazing staff, communication about our arrival and any kind of necessary information immediately shared through the app. Answered questions also within hours or even minutes. Welcome drink at arrival. Onsite parking, easy access and navigation. The house is quiet and spacious. Room at excellent condition, sleeping in extreme comfort. Bathroom with bath and a shower. Toilet separate, big plus. Breakfast delicious, variety of choice. The peacefulness of the location is priceless.

Well appointed and great mix of indoor and outdoor space. Set against the edge of a forest on a hill makes for peaceful and tranquil accommodation.We specifically were looking for something further away from the Altstadt and closer to the University so we rented our own car making it easier to get around.

This apartment is really very beautiful. Great location in the city. Architecture and design really appreciate the great work of the architects. Wonderful. I'd really like to live in an apartment like that. Beautifully light and unfortunately I couldn't enjoy the apartment more.

The studio has everything one needs for a short stay. The location right in the historical centre is very convenient. Both check-in and check-out were easy and flexible. I can't complain, I will consider this accomodation again if re-visiting Linz.
