Very well furnished rooms, shower is exceptional and service is top notch. Small things - while I was checking in the staff noticed I have kids and quickly got them the room keys and got them settled. They had chocolates waiting for them as well. Room is small but very thoughtful.

The location was conveniently close to the central train station. The family run staff was the friendliest I have ever met. Breakfast was very good. Was able to accommodate my request to store my luggage as I arrived early.

Conveniently located hotel, right next to the main station and attached to a mall with almost everything you need for your basic necessities. As a solo traveller, I felt the area was quite safe at any time of the day. Loads of restaurants around, with quick access to the tram and bus line as well as taxis. Easy walking distance to the Old Town as well. The staff there were exceptionally nice especially the Front Desk Receptionist Tom Bub.. He was always super patient and kind and was more than willing to go out of his way to cater to all your needs. Always had a smile on his face to greet you no matter how busy the front desk was. He has vast knowledge about the city as well as areas outside of it and can share the best tips and tricks to get around without being scammed as a tourist in the city. Highly recommend this hotel.
