We had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Sans Souci. The hospitality throughout was outstanding — from the warm, attentive reception team who made us feel welcome from the start, to the exceptional restaurant staff who impressed us with their friendly service and professionalism. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city yet calm and relaxing. Our room was beautifully appointed, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Every part of the service reflected genuine care and high standards. A hotel that really knows how to make guests feel valued — highly recommended.

We had an apartment with balcony , recommend to ask for fifth or six floor. The location is great and the apartment itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We felt like home coming back to the cozy apartment after long day.

One of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed in, the room and bathroom were cleaned every single day! The staff was kind and available to any requests. Free coffee, tea, and fruit available. Very good position, close to different tram, bus, and metro stations.

A great property, worth paying extra compared to other similar apartments. The apartment is beautifully finished and has everything you need, ex: a hairdryer, kettle, microwave, iron and capsule coffee machine. Everything is accessed by code, so you don't have to worry about keys. The cleanliness is excellent, the bed is comfortable, and the bedding is clean. Everything is new and smells fresh. There are plenty of TV channels, a modern smart TV with Netflix and other apps. We are very pleased. The location is also a plus; we managed to walk everywhere throughout our stay. Shops and tourist attractions are close by. Great contact with the owner via Booking messages. I think it couldn't have been better.

We are really happy that we chose this apartment for our stay in Vienna. Communication with the Host's team was fluent, fast and they were really helpful and flexible. Apartment itself had everything that we (a couple with a toddler) needed for comfortable stay and even more. It was clean, modern looking and had comfortable furniture. Wifi was reliable, all amenities that we needed to use were in a great condition. Location also was perfect for us. If in a mood for a walk on a nice day, it is in a walkable distance to the city centre and many attractions. But that is totally optional, since just outside the apartment building there are many public transport stops with convenient routes. So reaching more distant locations or getting back was always fast, comfortable and trouble-free. We highly recommend this apartment for families or couples.

Very comfortable and spacious apartment, nicely decorated. Perfect location close to Westbahnhof for exploring the city. Very comfortable beds, quiet location. Excellent communication with owner with very detailed description of the check-in process and apartment location within the building.

Great host, always ready to help and solve any problem. Location can't be better, as you can reach center by foot in 7minutes. Nearby shops, restaurants and even though windows are facing central street - it is quiet. Kitchen is fully equipped, bathroom is nice, living room is spacious + good internet, tv and many books. Also apartment is bigger than you can see on pictures - and high seelings!

This hostel is set in Vienna's 7th district, within a 20-minute walk of the City Hall, Parliament and the Leopold Museum. It offers a 24-hour reception.

The breakfast was excellent, and the location was perfect—just about a 15-minute walk from the city center. Although our room description mentioned a shared bathroom, we ended up having our own, which was a wonderful surprise.
