Extremely pleasant stay!
The hotel is ideally located, just a short walk from the old town and all major attractions. The breakfast is varied and very tasty. The staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and spotlessly clean. Highly recommended!

Exceptionally good location, walking distance from the old town, Shirvanshah palace and Maiden tower. The room is spacious and modern. Breakfast was very good. Staff is very friendly and attentive - we were given a city map and wonderful advice on how to walk to the main attractions.
Roof restaurant is also very good and not expensive.
Overall, amazing experience, definitely value for money!

Our stay at Midtown Hotel was absolutely perfect! The hotel team went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable, including a wonderful birthday surprise for my husband, which was such a thoughtful touch.
The service was impeccable—every detail was taken care of at the highest level. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The food was exceptional, with every dish prepared to perfection.
A special thanks to Tair (manager) for his professionalism and attentiveness, Suleiman (restaurant chef) for the delicious meals, and Samir and Gulia for their warm and outstanding service. Their dedication truly made our stay extra special.
Huge appreciation to the entire hotel team for making our time here so enjoyable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a flawless experience!

Excellent customer service by Zara and others. Their manager was very professional and friendly. The person who was dropping off the bags was very helpful and friendly. They always greet you with a smile. They even helped us to check in early because we were with a 10 months old infant.

Excellent hotel with nice location. It was just one night even I made small single room but due availability they made for me free upgrade delux balcony room. Rooms very clean and staff very helpfull. Lady at reception as I remember Sabina and manager Moorad were very kind. Breakfast very delicious. Definitely will come again to this hotel. I really appreciate how the staff took care of me as a guest. I felt like a real guest. They were very helpful and communicative. The location of the hotel is a big advantage because it is just a few steps from Nizami Street or the 28 May area, which is the main public transport hub in Baku.
