Art Nouveau house built by Ernest Blériot, near Place Flagey and the Ixelles ponds, in a pedestrian zone. A really beautiful and beautifully decorated house. The room was 45 sq. m. The breakfast room is also beautiful, overlooking the ponds. The owner is very helpful, with a good sense of humour and good knowledge of the area. Highly recommended!

fabulous apartment in a trendy and lovely area, quiet despite hundreds of restaurants and shops including at least four nice local markets in the neighborhood. there is also a good public transport service including a direct tram to Gare de Midi. the apartment is nice, quiet and cosy, very well equipped and very clean, with a lovely owner who lives in the same house. we stayed 20 days and loved being in that apartment; we will come back.

The staff were so lovely, very helpful and explained everything clearly. We got upgraded on arrival, which was amazing as the room was very spacious. Everything was clean and new and I really enjoyed having coffee/tea station in the room. Water pressure in the shower was very good. The location is great, you can reach Grand-Place within 25-30 min on foot and the metro station is 5-8 min on foot (depending on how fast you walk). The area itself feels safe, close to shopping streets. Great value of money!
