The atmosphere is amazing! All staff were kind and great! A huge thank you to the lady helping on the breakfast area, she was so communicative and my daughter loved her! She’s very kind and we felt great. The breakfast is amazing and the hotel is new. Room was perfect and clean and because we were checking out on a Tuesday, they allowed us for a late check out which helped us, as we were with our daughter and our flight was not until late afternoon. Highly recommend it!

Overall 9/10. Of the best I’ve stayed in Europe. LOVED the art + vibe. Exceptional location — Infront of tram that takes you down the main food + tourist area (which is a 10-12 minute walk). Close to halal food options + Carrefour express. Very helpful staff, excellent service, a lot managed by hotel webpage (simple to use). Great breakfast selection. Overall slightly more pricey but definitely value for money.

The hotel is very well-kept and the rooms are beautiful, modern and very comfortable. The shower is also very good. A minor detail but that made a good impression: every floor has Brita filters in the hallways and they provide glass bottles so guests can refill and take to their rooms - also good for the environment :) The staff was friendly and the check-in process was very smooth. The location is good, there is a big parking garage right next to the hotel and it's a 10-15 minute walk from Brussels center.

Perfect location, not a far walk from Grand Place. Good communication with host, clear instructions about check in and how to access the property. Was clean on arrival and very spacious. Sofa Bed was setup as requested which was perfect. Close by parking on Rue De Vallon through ParkBee which was a very good price and was a secure garage carpark also.
