Truly amazing staff, the best I’ve met so far in a hostel - very outgoing and helpful in any situation! The area is great and safe, close to the metro and right between the beaches and the center of the city. The hostel is clean and spacious and organises many events for guests to participate in.

The staff was extremely attentive. They are very knowledgeable and professional. There seemed to be three people at your side every minute making sure you had what you wanted. The hotel is directly across from the huge Copacabana beach. The hotel pool is large and is surrounded by the hotel and its three restaurants. Its a great place to spend the day. The Palace is all about service and luxurious surroundings. It was a great place to stay and relax.

Honestly one of the nicest hostels I have ever been definitely recommend! Its would be even better if they organised some free events at the hostel not just tours. But definitely stay at this hostel for some nights in Rio, maybe not super long, the walk up and down to the hostel gets a bit tiring.

really liked the place - we actually moved out of an Airbnb in St Theresa, where we didnt feel secure and were so happy to have chosen the hotel - its calm and the neighbourhood is nice and bustling and we felt rather secure. Also the staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast is amazing! Great plus for the pool and the sauna, we would stay here again.
