The staff is very friendly, the location is excellent, close to shopping center and restaurants, the hotel is very clean and the breakfast has lots of varieties. It was an excellent stay and we will come back to stay in this hotel again soon.

Friendly and helpful staff even with the language barrier (i don't speak Portuguese and they didn't speak English). The hotel room was nice and clean when we checked in and was just as clean everyday after the cleaning staff had been there - clean sheets and towels, folded blanket and overall nice and neat. The room itself is small but is equipped with everything you could need: TV, minifridge, own bathroom, bed (of course), a little table, shelfspace and an aircondition (which was greatly appreciated). The breakfast is served at a designated time every morning and is very fine: bread, ham, cheese, pão de queijo, fruits, juice and coffee - a very nice and easy way to start the day. And if you need any water or Guaranà Antarctica (absolutely love that stuff) or soda you can buy it in the lobby for very fair prices. The location is very nice! Seemingly safe neighborhood (my experience), close to small stores and restaurants. Avenida Paulista is in walking distance from the hotel (though you'll have to walk uphill - can be a little tiring for your legs but hey exercise is healthy!) and getting a Uber/Taxi/99 to or from the hotel is easy and quick. The price I paid for staying here compared to what I got was very very good - you definitely get value for your money. When (not if) I return to São Paulo I'll definitely try to see if New Point Hotel has a free room for me:)

Great staff and service, everything exceeded expectations! A lot of little touches to let you feel welcome since you walk on. Very good breakfast too. Location is within walking distance from Av Paulista, even with a small child! Quality/Price ratio was really really high!
