Location is perfect, just 5min, or less, walking distance to Cliffton Hill. Staff is very friendly and very helpful.
The hotel is under construction but didn't affect our stay here.
I forgot to take pictures but our room was beautiful and it had good lighting. I travelled with my family, and we definitely loved this hotel!

Nicely appointed rooms, great view of the city and the falls. The staff, specifically Gik was so helpful and friendly. The hotel is so close to all the fun downtown Niagara Falls but it was surprisingly quiet in the rooms.
