I was not aware Sunday breakfast starts at 8am, but we have to leave at 8:25 for my son's soccer game. The staff let us in earlier and took our orders before the business hour, so that breakfast can be served right after the cefateria opens. Appreciated a lot for the kind consideration.

Exceptional customer service. Staff were friendly and eager to listen and attend to any need we presented. Edward and Vinay keep it up! Wanted to extend our stay and hotel was fully booked. Edward kept monitoring the system between 11:00 pm and 6:00 am in the morning. He managed to secure a room and saved us the bother to move to another hotel. At 7 am in the morning, he called us to confirm he had a room for us! Edward, you gave us a reason to always come back and recommend Fairfield to our friends with no hesitation at all!

Julie and Randall were lovely hosts at this BB. The room was huge with a lovely ensuite. The breakfast was scrumptious and very healthy. They made us feel so welcome and at home.

Upon check-in, guests must provide photo ID and a bank issued credit card for a pre-authorization of room and tax charges, as well as $100. for security.

Huge studio apartment and very well equipped. Especially the "office" with a computer and printer. Free self-service laundry on site is a real bonus. Breakfast is good with lots of variety. Hotel also near to many good restaurants. And within easy walking distance to Shaw Conference Centre. Highly recommend!

The suite was huge! I liked how the living room was spacious and that it had a balcony. I also liked the big kitchen and how there were 1.5 bathrooms. It's a great room for families.
