The room is simple but clean. The location is good, easy to walk to most of the tourist spots. The breakfast was perfect. For me, the best part was having lots of cheese and jam. They also served different kinds of yoghurt, fruit and cereals. I really liked it.

This marks my second stay here, and I have nothing but positive feedback to offer. The apartments are modern and functional, and the location is a short distance from the main train station. Guests receive the "Bern Ticket," which, among other benefits, grants complimentary access to all public transportation in the surrounding area. An additional commendation goes to the staff, who are consistently engaged and attentive. Upon arrival, a member of the reception team personally greets guests and provides guidance on the apartment's features – as I mentioned, it is quite modern. Regarding the team, while interactions were infrequent, as is typical for an apart-hotel prioritizing privacy, every encounter was met with a smile (evident both visually and audibly). Even when certain requests could not be accommodated, all matters were resolved with remarkable ease and empathy. I will certainly be returning. C.

I like the place because it is newly renovated. Pretty convenient and very clean hotel. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. Providing free of charge coffee, tea and etc. is very cute. Using the tram nearby the city center is easily reached. The neighborhood is also pleasant and quiet with some restaurants, shops, cafes nearby. Breakfast is simple but very tasty and was just my type of food. Definitely I would use the hotel again if I have the chance.
