Exceptionally professional staff, the gentleman who was at the desk this morning helped me with so much patience as I had to solve a last minute emergency before my departure from this very fast business trip in Geneva.
I am used to traditional European places of that rating and I found exactly what I expected :
I had a single standard room, took a nice hot tub, watched some news & used the wifi in the very comfy large bed in which I slept so nicely until room service woke me up as planned for my meeting.
Loved the general feel and deco, noble materials throughout, lots of wooden warmth.

Perfect stay ! I stayed for one night in a single room overlooking the garden. It had a shared bathroom, but it had a sink in the bedroom. It was clean, well equipped, quiet, comfortable and the shared bathroom was clean and spacious. The checkin was quick and friendly. The hotel itself is in a large old house in huge gardens. It has tall ceilings and an early-mid 20th century charm. The location is perfect for Geneva.
