We loved the hotel, it's traditional design and the views from the room. The room was clean, comfortable & well maintained. Really in the city center. Close to the central train station and Gornergrat train station. Breakfast are really sorted and good quality. Very well presented. Prompt service. Rooms big, nice and not noisy. Sauna service included in the price. Tea time service also included for free every afternoon. Restaurant service really good.
