-COMMUNICATION WAS AMAZING!!! only reason we took a few minutes to gain access was because I did not check my email for the proper quick and easy check in otherwise it would have been seamless. A gentleman saw us in the lobby, struggling and walked me through it all step by step (which I later realized was in that email I didn't read while I was trying to navigate to the property) -Property was super easy to find, conveniently on a corner and labeled outside. -The step by step sign in was perfect with pictures, I wish I saw before the very kind gentleman had to help me. -for the rest of our stay it was super nice to just use my phone to access the doors and elevators. -location was next to multiple bus stops and close enough to downtown. felt very SAFE -close enough to a coop and aldi for last minute items/waters at night -CLEAN SPACE. we got a little warm, but opened the windows for a few mins and were perfectly comfortable

Room is super clean, check in and check out process is easy and fast. Location is also great. Easy to get around since there are many option for transport. Lots of supermarket nearby. Very recommended!!!!

The location in middle of the town is unbeatable. Just 1 min walk from the famous Zeughauskeller restaurant and Hermes store. Very friendly and helpful staff. Awesome breakfast with omelette, bread, smoked salmon and fruits. Room is big and clean, appreciate the chocolate on pillow everyday. Well equipped and large gym. Perfect stay. 10/10

Small boutique hotel, extra large comfortable rooms, real gourmet breakfast, amazing amazing amazing staff, so kind and helpful, and I mean everyone - from the bellboy to the receptionist, the waitress and the cleaning staff, simply splendid!
