The front desk staff Brou and the driver Marc Moov are exceptional. Brou speaks English and pay attention to detail and very hospitable. Breakfast, laundry ironing, arranging transport were all done professionally. The driver Marc gives attention to passenger. He is very patient and took me through the city plateau to show me beautiful views.

The hotel was clean, with a modern stylish African infused design throughout. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the lagoon (room 908 was perfectly positioned). The concierge (Melvin) was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout my stay; providing me with tips of where to visit, arranging my transportation and trips. This made my stay even more worthwhile and made me feel like a valued customer.
