The staff from the reception to the Concierge were fantastic! Totally recommend this hotel if you plan to stay in Guangzhou. I have not stayed at a hotel that couldn't do enough for you. They were always supportive and wanted to go the extra mile wherever possible.

Perfect location, next to shopping malls and metro. We got a free upgrade and the room had an amazing view. bathroom was awesome. Bed was huge and comy. Staff was very nice with good english. They stored our luggage for a day after check out. Breaskfast choice was incredible. So much food, asian and western food. Choices for vegan and vegetarian as well.
