The staffs are very polite and friendly. We requested for an ashtray in our room and they explained that the hotel is non-smoke hotel but they upgraded our room to a sea view suite with balcony so that we can smoke at the balcony instead. So sweet of them 🤗

Gavin is a lovely host, he made us feel so welcome and accommodated a last minute date change and an early check in hassle free.
Apartment was clean and comfortable. It was a huge relief to have an English speaker contact in the city during our stay. Would recommend to any English speakers travelling to Haikou!

The location is superb..close to city center and great views over river.
The room..the facilities..the staff..couldn't be faulted ..all 5 star.
Everyone ..the staff..very friendly and helpful with a special shout out for Joan Li and Tiffany. Joan awesome helper and good English.

Our stay here was excellent. One of the receptionists knew english so the check in process was much smoother compared to the majority of accommodations in Haikou. Great staff, professional and they even helped us book a taxi for very early in the morning. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, the bathroom as well. Great value for money. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Haikou, this is it.

I loved the spacious and elegantly designed room with breathtaking ocean views. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom spotless, and all amenities were of the highest standard. The staff were attentive and professional, making check-in and check-out seamless. The overall ambiance of the hotel felt refined yet welcoming.

The personnel was very helpful, for example they came out of the hotel and paid for my taxi when I got there the first time since I had no yuan nor wechat.
The hotel is quite comfortable and clean.

The staff was exceptional, always ready to help. The lobby on the 8th floor is very welcoming. The breakfast spread is good. The hotel located inside a old commercial block. It undergo a complete change over in Aug 24. So is look brand new. I enjoy my 2 night stay 100%.
