I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to the airport. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. My room was big, clean, and had everything I needed, including modern technology. The bed was huge and super comfortable, so I slept really well. Breakfast had lots of fresh and tasty options at a good price. Overall, the hotel had a warm and relaxing atmosphere, and I really enjoyed my time there. I’d definitely recommend it!

The staffs are very polite and friendly. We requested for an ashtray in our room and they explained that the hotel is non-smoke hotel but they upgraded our room to a sea view suite with balcony so that we can smoke at the balcony instead. So sweet of them 🤗

Gavin is a lovely host, he made us feel so welcome and accommodated a last minute date change and an early check in hassle free. Apartment was clean and comfortable. It was a huge relief to have an English speaker contact in the city during our stay. Would recommend to any English speakers travelling to Haikou!

The location is superb..close to city center and great views over river. The room..the facilities..the staff..couldn't be faulted ..all 5 star. Everyone ..the staff..very friendly and helpful with a special shout out for Joan Li and Tiffany. Joan awesome helper and good English. I've spent many years in china ..and Hainan too..and this the best hotel experience I have ever had!!!

The staff were friendly and helpful even they couldn't speak much English. One of them help us to call an Uber car to the airport and she only took less then the amount since we didn't have the right change. It was a bit far from there to the old town street where the restaurants and shops were. We do recommend this place to stay.

Clean and very luxuriant. Clean swimming pool and decent opening hours. Life guard Lincoln Wu is extremely helpful to guests.

The room was lovely, the bed so comfortable. The staff couldn´t do enough for your stay. We used the gym which was resourced well, and the pool. The environment was lovely and the two restaurants served excellent food. The breakfast had good variety and there was always someone on hand to assist in English. There was daily room service and a turn down service in the evening. Enjoyed our stays immensely.
