The staff were excellent - very helpful, attentive to our needs, lots of TLC's during the our stay. Friendly, they all genuinely looked pleased to see you.
Room was roomy light and airy.
Beds comfortable and warm.
Breakfast had a wide range food western and Chinese. Also it seemed to have a quiet area for eating breakfast.
The views from the windows were great.
Facilities what you would expect from a Ritz-Carlton hotel.

The host is very kind and considerate. The room is clean and tidy, and the decoration is very tasteful. It has the warmth of home and the convenience of a hotel. I like the flowers and plants on the balcony. The room provides all the toiletries and bottled water. The location is excellent, overlooking the Sophia Church, and it only takes a few minutes to walk to the flood control memorial tower by the river. The host was very enthusiastic to help us arrange transport to the airport as well 3 very big luggages. They have well deserved five stars rating from me, and I highly recommend to friends who come to Harbin for tourism or business trips.

Owner and staff is very kind, we missed our flight but she managed to calm us down by letting us know that someone will fetch us down the apartment even at 2am. Super appreciate the staff waiting for us in the snow coldest night.
