A hotel with one of the finest levels of service and hospitality we’ve experienced anywhere in the world (and we travel a lot!). The staff were warm, professional, and did everything possible to make our vacation perfect The cleanliness was outstanding, and the rooms were very comfortable We celebrated our wedding anniversary and were gifted breakfast for four, a hot dinner, and afternoon refreshments, along with treats in the room and a beautiful flower bouquet Free laundry service! Our clothes were returned to the room the same day, freshly cleaned The hotel is very quiet, easy to get around from, and the staff were constantly smiling—both in the lobby and the dining room—always creating a wonderful atmosphere, even though some of them didn’t speak English and we communicated through a translation app Many hotels around the world could learn from you about true guest service. Thank you to the entire team—we had a wonderful stay

Close to North Bund and the ferry station to Pudong. Also walking distance to Raffles city Shopping Center. Very comfortable, clean and spacious room. For Jing’an or FFC it is easiest to take a taxi. There is currently a large building site behind the hotel, so I was given a room facing the side towards the river.
