The room was great, very clean, and spacious enough for our needs. Great to always be supplied with plenty of bottled water. Having a laundry room (and also the possibility to leave the laundry to be done by the staff) was great. I loved the delivery robot as well, it made for an extremely fun experience. The hotel is very close to the terminal station of metro line 1, which offers great connections to a lot of interesting areas in the city, including the centre. There's also a direct bus line to the Shanghai Zoo, which is great. I will definitely look into booking here again when returning to Shanghai.

The apartments are decently equipped, the reception is open 24 hours and truly at your service for anything you need. When we asked where we could buy a power adapter, the reception staff gave us two adapters, as well as two key cards for the apartment when we requested to have them made for both of us. It is comfortable, cleaned every day, and the beds are very comfortable. The hotel is easy to find, and there are good restaurants and shopping centers nearby, as well as a metro line, which is very important for such a large city.
At this price, you won’t find such good accommodation anywhere in the world, especially with breakfast included. Hats off to such excellent service.
